Chia Weng Lee

Mr Chia Weng Lee is an Entrepreneur and a professional management consultant & facilitator who has trained participants and consulted across Asia Pacific in Hongkong, China, Japan, India, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to establishing his business, he has 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Consulting across Asia Pacific spanning the Public Sector, Executive Search, Banking, Management Consulting, Chemicals and FMCG industries. Some of his past clients include China Light & Power, Riche Monde Hong Kong, ICI Paints, Development Bank of Singapore, DHL, Standard Chartered Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Astra Zeneca China and Petronas. His last corporate position was as Human Resources Director for Pernod Ricard in Shanghai, China. His specialisation includes Human Resources Management, Organisation Development, Productivity, Quality and Organisational Psychology. In terms of education, he has a Masters of Business Administration specialising in Human Resource Management and Consultancy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He received a "Human Resources Leadership Award" from the World HRD Congress in 2006 and presented at the HR Summit 2005 in Singapore and the World HRD Congress in India in 2006.
